I AM GETTING A LAPTOP!
That's right. Me. With a laptop. Because in exactly three weeks my uncle is coming from Toronto and he's bringing his old Mac with him, which I am subsequently buying. I'm SO psyched. I'll be able to bring it places, and use it in front of the fire and on the couch and stuff, and I'll get SO much more writing done (always good). I'm practically glowing.
In other news, we finally have a decent amount of snow, which is deserving of a W00t W00t (because I don't have to shovel it, mwaha), making Amy an all-round happy camper. Yay.

Until I got the brilliant idea to run around in it without wearing my jacket, froze half to death, and got really crabby. hehe.
Snow. Yay. We've had it for nearly a month. After yesterday's -16 celsius temperature I'm not quite so excited...
It's pretty though. *is happy*

Wow, that's great! :) A Mac? Sheesh, my Mom's going to be jealous of you...lol.
You didn't include any stats on it, though, I was disappointed. That must be a guy thing. :D
Happy lap-topping... I think it would be neat to have a laptop. But it could become too much of an addiction if I wasn't careful.

lol, okay - pretty sure it's MacBook, 1.3 GHz, G4 processor. Couple years old, but still current :)
I still love the snow, but walking around in these temperatures at 7:30 am isn't doing it for me. I like looking at it more. :P
Hahah, congrats! laptops are pretty cool. My little brother stole *our* laptop (me and my brother's.To do some "research on plants" in his room, 4 months ago. I think he mainly researched Halo or whatever weird game he's into now :P Oooh! I know which one - Starwars Battlefield. Still don't get what's so fun 'bout randomly shooting at robots @_@ :P)...so I never actually got to use it :P Lol. Lucky you. A laptop all of your own. :P And good luck with your writing :)

Those are pretty good stats. :) Especially for a Mac. Macs generally have less power than Microsofts, but the PCs have so many layers of Microsoft gunk built up on their cores, and it slows them down. Macs don't have that disadvantage, which is part of why they're so smooth and fast.
